Return policy
We hope you will be 100% satisfied with the products you purchased on maisumponto. If you need to return or exchange the items for any reason, please follow the following policies:
Duration: After receiving the goods, you have 14 natural days (calculated from the date of signature) to apply for a return or exchange.
Product Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be in brand new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition. The tags, original packaging, and labels must be intact. All accessories and gifts must be complete. For clothing items, ensure that the tags are not cut off and are firmly attached without being removed.
Acceptance Scope:
* Quality Issues: The received goods have obvious defects, are damaged, or significantly deviate from the description (please carefully inspect the packaging and the goods upon receipt and promptly contact the customer service to provide photos as proof).
* Personal Reasons: The size is not suitable, the style is not liked, the color does not match expectations, etc.
* Note: Customized products, special discount products, promotional items with a note stating they cannot be returned or exchanged, or intimate clothing (due to hygiene considerations) generally do not support returns or exchanges.
Operating Procedure:
1. Contact Customer Service: Within the specified period, please contact our customer service team (via online chat or email) first, providing your order number, details of the issue, and indicating whether you wish to return the item or exchange it.
2. Provide Information: Follow the customer service's instructions to provide the necessary information (such as product photos, etc.).
3. Receive Confirmation: The customer service will inform you whether your request has been accepted and provide instructions for the subsequent steps (including the return address and method).
4. Return the Goods: Only use the return address and method confirmed by the customer service to return the goods (returning them by yourself is invalid), and keep the shipping documents.
* Shipping cost assumption:
* Quality issues / incorrect/duplicate shipments: We will cover the return shipping cost (proof required).
* Returns due to personal reasons: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the exchange requires a refund for the shipping difference, the customer is also responsible for it.
* Return address: The return address will be specifically informed by the customer service. It may not be the same as the shipping address.
Refund processing: Once the goods are returned and verified to be in good condition by quality inspection, we will return the payment to your original payment account within 7-14 working days (the refund arrival time is determined by your bank/payment platform). For exchanges, we will arrange to send out the replacement goods after receiving the returned goods and confirming they are in good condition (if there are no available goods, we can negotiate a refund).
Suggested Care: To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please check the goods promptly upon receipt. If any issues arise, please notify us as soon as possible. When returning the goods, take good care of them and use a traceable shipping method.
